Andy Ormerod-Cloke - Associate

Andy is a public policy, delivery and training expert with 15 years’ experience helping government and mission-led organisations solve complex problems and deliver lasting change.

He has held senior leadership positions across Whitehall, led public policy and regulatory affairs for PwC, and now advises organisations through his consultancy, Citizenry. This combination of experience gives him a practical understanding of how policy is developed, how decisions are made, and how to improve the capability of staff to deliver effectively for citizens

Andy has worked across skills and employment, education, energy, housing, economic policy and public service reform. He has advised Ministers, Permanent Secretaries and executive boards, led multidisciplinary teams of more than 50 people, managed major funding programmes and delivered projects involving central government, local government, regulators, industry, academics and delivery partners
