She has over 20 years’ experience of developing and implementing government policy and strategies for Ministers on energy and cyber security, net zero transition and business regulation.
Clare has worked with and led multi-disciplinary teams working across Whitehall and with industry participants, regulators, technical experts, and academics to deliver policy solutions - often at pace - to the most pressing challenges facing the country such as energy affordability, gas security, UK resilience to cyber-attacks and renewable energy deployment.
Her experience is extremely varied combining high level, conceptual policy and regulatory formulation with hands on policy delivery.
